Tnt Couriers — Consignment stolen

We received a courier from TNT (consignment number DO[protected]WW ) on 23/11/2011. The courier person delivered the courier on the road and not on the mentioned address.He called us saying he is not able to locate the address though the address is very easy to locate and all the couriers are received at the address. He did not allow us to check the items and he took our signature. On reaching home we found that out of 6 items only one item was found. We dont remember the courier person's name, but he called us from [protected].When we contacted the customer care they were helpless( hopeless indeed).
