The package took three days to reach Chennai from Japan (27th to 29th July, 2009). From 30th July it was now about three working days over but still it does not reach mettur from Salem which is about 45 km and 1 hour 15 min travel by bus.
Whenever I call the customer service there was no response from their end, further they are able to appraise me the status which anyone can infer from the internet. On the other hand self had even asked about the TNT service center phone, the same has been regretted to give by the customer care.
Ms.Reena from customer care could able to give some updates and confirmed that the package will reach by tomorrow.
I am very sure that the TNT network was the inland poorest service and most lethargic.
