Tnt Couriers — NON DELIVERY OF PACKAGE/VERY ILL MANNERED CALL CENTRE STAFF

I ordered something through rediff shopping it was approved and handed over to a courier by the name of TNT couriers and it had to be delieved in a location in delhi/ncr but more than a week had passed by but it was not delivered so I decided to track the same, when I called the call centre first they were very unresponsive and said call rediff and verify whether they have actually sent it across I called a number given by rediff shopping to track the courier, rediff said that they have handed it to the courier service, so I decided to call the courier service again, this time I spoke to a rep called SOFIA/SAFIA she was extemely rude full of attitude and when to the extent of abusing me, called me , rascal and shut up, this is first time something like that has happened and no call centre staff can respond like this without losing his or her job but it happens only with TNT courier what a horrible courier service to deal with, nobody should use TNT couriers
