I purchased a flat in Luxotica Extension (N-311).
I have an agreement of getting the possession of flat in Dec 2010. For getting the money, Today homes started the construction, took 95% of the money and then stopped the construction.
I booked a flat last year in Apr 09' and still they have not even laid 1st slab of the building in 1 year. Whenever I call them to ask when are they going to start the construction they give a false date and its now 8 months. From past 8 months they have not even moved the brick and I don't see them meeting the deadline.
I would like to see some strict action against them such that they don't take undue advantage of the money which we give them for making our home and not for new launches.
