[Resolved]  Tommy Hilfiger — Store Policies

I purchased a Christmas gift for my grandaughter. Tried to return on Dec 27th as they did not fit. Store would not process returns nor refunds until the 28th, even though they had lots of staff standing around & very few customers. On the 28th, I again visited the store to return item. Now told I was outside the 15 day return policy by 1 day but that they would ignore this, however they could not accept return as I didn't have the product tag.

How many people leave the price tag's on a gift??

This necessitated another trip to store & a lost day in travel & cleaning of my granddaughters room to find said tag. This is one grannie, with 4 grandchildren, that won't be visiting their store again. They have lost a lot of future sales, for their policies.
