Attender are so rude and bad behaved that I like one blazer from store (TOMMY HHILFIGER, PACIFIC OUTLETS, JASOLA APPOLLO) and ask for some discount then she offered me 50% on that which costs 10000/- than suddenly I’ve a call back from my office so I got busy with them after some hours I came again to that store to purchase which I’d sorted out then ask for billing then the attender ( Ms. Nancy) said it has 40% discount.. I got shocked in some hours discount reduced to 10%. I’ve asked what is this then she said sorry.. never mind I’ll go with 40% and asked for billing then again she said sir sorry it has only 30% discount but if you club something with then it goes to 40% ……. Now someone tell me IS THIS THE RIGHT THING SHE(Nancy) DONE WITH ME..

Tommy Hilfiger defective products
Bought 3 pairs of jeans, which in short time 2 broke and one changed color.
Did not get any refund for the ones that changed color. They basically make jeans out of such defective material that in some time you dont have the same color jeans that you bought.

Jeans being wearing out on the back right side
I bought the Tommy Hilfiger Blue Simon Skinny feat jeans on 28th December 2021, and thE jeans is rarely worn by me. On the right side of the back of the jeans the fabric is tearing out and looks like rigged and threads are all over the place. I want replacement or refund.

TH purse quality is poor
My close relative had gifted me a bag one and half year ago. It was brand new.. Purchase rate was Rs 6599...
Now it's lower portion, belt has started damaging.. It's material is being peeling just like skin in winter... It happened one month back when I was travelling to Bangalore by flight and to my surprise it was in such a bad condition that literally I have to put tha bag in another bag

I got this handbag from Tommy Hilfiger, ShoppersStop at City Centre Guwahati. The purchase was made on 24th July 2022. The price was Rs 6499/- Its just been 1 week the bag started to form bobbles on the inner side. This kind of poor quality was seriously not expected from such a reputed brand.
I request for either complete refund or replacement pf the product. This is completely unacceptable.

My Daughter in law Kshiti Dubey gifted me a Tommy Hilfiger bag purchased in October 2021.
However though the bag is pretty new, the bag is chipping near the zip. I am surprised to receive a bad and sub standard quality TH bag. I went to the Linking road store and the sales person from that store told me that their sales manager has advised that they cannot exchange bags purchased online and the matter should be taken up with the online platform.

Poor Quality of Sunglasses & Pathetic Service

I wish to complain about poor quality and pathetic service from Tommy Hilfiger.
I bought 2 sunglasses from Tommy Hilfiger outlet R Kumar in Ahmedabad for me & my wife. Immediate after the purchase there was one scratch in my glass and only the glasses were replaced. Everything was ok till now but suddenly the film in sunglasses started coming off. Due to lockdown I had moved to another city and left Ahmedabad.
After the lockdown was over I approached your shop and they started to explain that I must have applied sanitizer to clean it. The fact is I had never used for almost 1 year as I was at home only.
They told me to get glasses replaced either with authentic one of their own glasses. I got it replaced with an authentic one and also raised a complaint at Tommy Hilfiger about the quality.
Believe me it took over 1 year for your team to replace the original one.
I got calls from New Delhi, Mumbai from various people and they always told me that they will come back to me but never returned.
Most recent was from Mr. Prashant –[protected]. He told me that R kumar will call me soon a month back and till now I have called him 4 times but nothing happened.
Kindly have and get it resolved its 1 year…

This to inform you that the bag I purchased a year before (2020).since, I didn't use it frequently..but my bag zip was teared and i can't able to recover it. I have lost my warranty card...so, pls do look back of it...paid service can also be done I'm assure about it

We bought a jacket from the store and later found out that there’s no Tommy Hilfiger brand tag on the jacket. Even on the collar of the product the brand name is not mentioned. Also, there’s no inside tags about how to wash or iron clothes.
The jacket had a price tag and bar code which was just tied to it, in that tag it’s mentioned white tshirt M size, where as the jacket is of XL size.
When we confronted the store Manager Ms Shivani Tiwari she told us the product is old and at that time the brand didn’t use to mention the brand name tag on jacket. She already knew that the price tag attached to the jacket was of a tshirt and yet she didn’t mentioned it while selling. She then added that they received the product from company in this way only and it’s not her concern. She refused to give any information about any senior employee or even to call them.
I feel cheated and i am in dilemma whether the other products which I bought are genuine or fake. The jacket also has strains on it, it feels like some employee have placed a fake product in the store and attached a price tag to it. The store has a habit of removing bar code, price tag and other paper tags while packing the purchased items.
I am mentally stressed because of this situation and Brand name is degrading. Please take strict actions on the store and employees.

When I told this to Tommy Staff they refused to replace it. Please kindly look into this and guide me. This type of quality was not expected from Tommy Hilfiger being such a prodigious brand.

I had purchased a Tommy Hilfiger bag from shopper's stop in July 2019.i used it only 2times for air travel.i saw a patch is come out.i sent mail and photo of the same on which dey asked me to submit from where I purchased.it is 40 km from my home.i went and submitted .I got a mail after 8 days saying it is not covered under warranty.cant dey just check the picture and tell it will not be in warranty.now I have to go and get it back again.it was not worth buying dat bag.if it's so delicate dey should mention fragile on da bag and also mention for car use only.

I am really sorry to not expect such quality from your company. The material is super bad. poor quality sweater
I bought a sweater of tommy hilfiger brand a year ago for my toddler but without even using, it has got lint all over. I tried speaking with the shopkeeper but he refused to exchange it. Kindly guide me how can i get compensation because being expensive it has got worst quality. If we pay so high and even without using it develops lints then what is the benefit of buying branded clothes??? It is worse than local brands. Dint expect such a poor quality one for that much amount. I would like to return the product. How can the company provide such a poor quality products with having a big brand name. After 4 times use the leather on the shoes cracked. Customer service are not replying as they do not exist.in the shop they told me to email the costumer service promising that they will reply within maximum 48 hours and that is what i did, but 1 week now have passed and still nothing from their side even after sending a reminder. A company as "tommy" should have a better system for such issues.

I had purchased men leather wallet from myntra 15 days back. And its leather has already being coming out from it.
I have bought a duffle bag from myntra . Tommy hilfiger and the chain is not present in the bag . One side chain is not there. It’s all open . Such stupid products you sell with so bad quality. The quality of the chains are worst. And prices are high. We buy the bag from your name but you sell such defective and low quality bags. This is not at all accepted.

First i have received a wallet from my friend for my birthday and within a month the wallet started to colour fade outside and leather peel inside, hence i went to the showroom where i purchased and complained to them and the told they will forward the images and escalate the issue and after 5 working days they told it is user fault and hence nothing can be done.

2 jackets worth 27000 inr
I purchased 2 same jackets worth inr 26000 in october 2016 from tommy hilfiger outlet of shoppers stop. Both got chipped off in 2017 itself but in 2018 the condition became pathetic. If you are purchasing an expensive product, you do not expect it to get damaged in such a short span. Also, from a brand like tommy hilfiger, such deplorable quality was not expected. And when i went to the stores for complaining, the associates clearly stated that the product is 2 yrs old and these kind of products don't last for long. They refused to even listen to me. If this was the case, why didn't they tell me during the time of purchase that these kind of products don't last for long. Pathetic products and pathetic associates. Will never purchase from tommy again. I expected certain amount to be reimbursed but alas you guys dont bother

Hello, this is shiva writing you about my new tommy watch 1791353 which is so precious to me and i bought it in august 2018.
It’s not even been an year only 3 months and i am starting to see that the strap’s blue color is fading out i don’t know why.. I took it the showroom but they denied and did not even listen to me about the product they were only concern about the fact that strap doesn’t come in warranty so we can’t help it..
But i cant live like this with this watch.. It’s expensive for me and this is first watch of my life and that too of tommy!
Putting so much of trust in the brand and product and this is where it lead me that it couldn’t stay same for not even an year?
This is seriously not acceptable for me to accept the fact that my rs.11, 425 got damaged naturally.. I work as a flight attendant and my job is not where i do some rough stuff or something and i don’t even use any perfumes on my arms but still after preventing it from everything else the strap is coming out like this? I would like to have my watch replaced or atleast my strap asap!

I bought a Tommy Hilfiger backpack from myntra .The product that I got was of poor quality and it didn't lasted for a month .I bought the product for 1866.56INR .My bag has two year warranty .I want my bag to be replaced by myntra.

When I received it, it was completely finished and polished. But within 10 days o[censored]se, it started wearing out. Now it has prominent white patches on one side of wallet. Whereas the second side is intact. So it's not about leather texture but an actual fault with the product. So kindly take action asap.

I bought tommy hilfiger premium wallet a few months back and its not been much time the shulk of the wallet has started coming out !!! TF being such a prestigious brand the shopping experience has been a huge disappointment

I purchased a bag with laptop space for college purpose in later january 2018.in no more than 10 days the bag started tearing off from the strap area. The cloth of the strap is of very bad quality that it is tearing off from multiple sides. I sent the bag to repair and got fixed in 15 days. But now the bag has again started tearing off from the same area. I demand replacement of the bag now since the bag cloth is of very bad quality and the company has failed to deliver the tough bag as promised. It is very frustrating. Even after repairing the bag has again started tearing off in not more than 15 days again. The bag is nor able to handle even the weight of few books leave aside the laptop.
