I bought a wallet from TOMMY HILFIGER outlet in Central Mall, Bellandur, Bangalore on 29th Jan 2017 MRP rs 2399. Its been just 2 weeks i.e 16th of Feb, 17, and its stitching has started coming out, The outlet guys are not entertaining the complaint.
I am wandering how a brand like TOMMY HILFIGER can treat its customers like this. I have no idea whom to approach to get the wallet replaced.
