[Resolved]  Tommy Hilfiger — Faulty Watches - Tommy Hilfiger

I am unfortunate customer who trusted on brand Tommy , it all goes like this that my wife gifted me a watch as my anniversary present model # 1710175 bought from National Watch Company sector 17 Chandigarh , but there was some problem in the strap (bended and cracked) & we returned the watch the same day & was promised a replacement within a week, trusting on world's one of the biggest brands , even after 2 Months the replacement never happened, though regular follow -ups and phone calls were done.Then I was told by your representative Mr Mohinder in Chandigarh that the same model will take some time to come may be 15 days or can be 6 months . I was given an offer that there is some End of Seasons offer available & we can select some other model of our choice, against her choice (Since we were left with limited choice) love & affection we both zeroed on model #[protected]Automatic ) & paid the balance amount (Rs. 2500) , the day we bought it was Friday evening , we both were very happy that atleast we managed to get the watch though not the one that she liked but anyways....So i was ready on Monday with new Tommy watch on my wrist to go to office , attended couple of reviews & really got nice complements for the watch & immediately called my wife that our pick is not bad it's really getting admired by my colleagues.

It was about noon i was preparing myself for lunch & checked the time , i was astonished to see that my watch is not working , it stopped at 1320 hrs , I immediately called up the the owner of your authorised dealer, National watch House, Sector 17, he asked me to come to the shop , i rushed to the shop & he broke the seal without my permission & after 10 minutes of engineering in it , he handed over the watch to me & said that it is working , the watch started making noise on shake and accordingly I refused to take the watch , I demanded the replacement as only after couple of hours wearing it, the same stopped working & the seal was broken, the dealer told me that he does not have the another one in stock but will manage to get it from Delhi & will be delivered in 3 days but it is almost 15 days now the watch has not come , he has stopped answering my phone calls ..

I am really unable to understand that brand like Tommy has such behaviour towards your customers and that too when u know yours is a premium brand and obviously your customers would be high value clients.

Its really an harrasment of highest degree, which I have gone through since last 3 months, where everyday one or the other promise is made to me by your dealer and your manager here, but neither of them has been kept. I am writing to you for a reason, one, to inform you about the state of affairs at the ground level and the way your customers are treated, second, hopefully with your intervention I get my watch for which I paid 3 month back..

I have copies of all bills and repair slips, would be forced to move to consumer court for replacement and damages for harrasment gone through all these days if I doesnt get proper.. 31st oct was the time she bought the watch for me.. and now its 15th feb.. I still dont hve it.. though having spent 8 k on it. Cant take this any more.. Regards, Rishi Gumber, [protected]

Hey I would like to Thanks Tommy Hilfiger.. My faulty watch has been replaced. I have got another automatic watch now and thankfully its working absolutely fine. I would like to mention the team at tommy was courteous and they helped me and replace my watch.
Now I am satisfied customer of Tommy Watches
