I took 3 tommy tees for my brother in fresh, we generally do home wash that too by only dipping in the detergent water and washing with clean water and drying......After 2-3 wash the t shirt was having holes in it at various places.
When i showed it to the shop they said we cant do anything as you dont have the bill....when i took the tees the shop was very new at our place so they were not having the billing software at that time, so they just made hand bill and gave it to me.
Tommy is a good brand and i generally wear this only. But such cases are not good for the company repo, i dont want a new one in exchange of it or i dont want money but the thing that matters to me is the bad quality which is not reaching upto the company for being taken care of.
Please resolve my complaint asap.
