[Resolved] Toshiba Laptop — high level complaint
I bought a new toshiba laptop. its under warranty. some pixel ofthe screen(damaged), keyboard(keys not working), and battery(backup) cd drive are not
properly.i went to service station, i was shocked that instead of fixing the problem i was told that only battery will be replaced and screen will not be replaced as it 's not fully damaged, and key board they say only few keys are not functioning so they will not replace it instead they offered me to buy a 2yrs extended warrantyfor 6500/- rupees .This is an example of worst cst service i have ever experienced, i was also told that i can do what ever i feel like they r not going to change the damaged parts leaving no optionfor me either than going to consumer forum.i collected money for whole 2 yrs to buy this laptop and now wth this kind of attitude from a big company like toshiba and their cst ser is provided by HCL-----all i can say is i am hurt and planning to move to court----lets hope for the best
