[Resolved] Toyota Fortuner A / T — NON COMPLIANCE OF COMMITMENT | |||
Respected Sir, This is to bring in to your kind notice that I had booked a Fortuner A/t with Grace Toyota, Gurgaon, on 18 January 2012, in the name of Jatinder Pal Singh. While booking of the vehicle sales executive has promised to deliver the car in the first week of April. The delivery date has been also mentioned in the booking form as April 2012 only. But in-spite of all my efforts I have not received the car till date. No information was given to me regarding the delay of the vehicle and no body at the dealership or at Toyota Company has bothered to show any concern for this delay. I have complained several times (in written via mail as well as through phone), to Toyota, but nothing concrete has been done so far. No body at the dealership or at Toyota Company has shown any initiative to resolve the issue. The people at customer care center of Toyota has given several assurances of giving the delivery of vehicle in the first week of May 2012, but so far neither Toyota company nor the dealership has come up with any answer. They are not even ready to give any written commitment for the month of May, even. I am already very frustrated with the excuses given by sales persons at the dealer ship. I have waited for 5 long months (till now, more to count), for this vehicle, but my patience is now over. I request you to help me in this regard, so that I can have the delivery of my car as soon as possible.
