[Resolved] Toyota Fortuner — Not responded to my complaint | |||
I have a Fortuner purchased on 4/2/2012 In the Name of Pardeep Singh Waraich from Castle Toyota. The Vehicle has done approx 10500 km and the power steering is not working. The vehicle was given to Globe Toyota Mohali on the 28/4/2012 ( Job Order no GSJ[protected] and they are saying that it will take at least 15 to 20 days to replace the Power pump as it is not available in India and has to be ordered from Oversees. But I do not have another car and I have to go to Pallia, Lakhimpur Kheri, UP. So how do I go, I want the company to provide me another vehicle so that I do not have problem In commuting. I have already lodge a complaint with Toyota at there toll free No and they had assured me that I will be getting a call from the company with 24 hrs and the person a spoke to at the toll free no was Amreen. But sorry to say that I still have not got a call from any one, which shows that the company is not bothered about the customers and are just interested in sales of there product. If the company does not respond to my request then I will have to take up the matter with the media and also to consumer cell for the damages I am facing.
