I have booked a parcel from Delhi to Calicut (Kerala) on 5/11/2008 by air.I have started calling their office from 8th onwards, unfortunately nobody was able to track it and the staff whom i talked were behaving in a rude way please find their details below.. Calicut Alfa Tower, Ground Floor, Nr. Apsara Theatre, Railway Station Link Road, Calicut Manager Prasanh/ Nalini [protected] Mobile [protected] finally I got the item on 12/11/2008. 11.30 AM in a damaged box carried by two gundas who cant wait for even two minutes. I request the public not to send anything ever through Trackon because their caption is "Trust your experience ...And always" So keep away from the most pathetic courier service in the world... atctually i send a courier on 14th february from bangalore to kanpur and from till date, the concerning people doesn't get it. What the facilities are u providing. i[censored] are not able to send it please return to it own address. my courier no[protected].

Your comment is absolutely right.If you required any parcel urgently, they will not even cooperate, We are the customer of this courier, they are picking parcels from our office daily .But for delivery of a parcel distance not more than 1 km, they have taken( Gurgaon, near hero honda Chowk) whole day for deliver the consingnment...
And i know that to write a comment will also be worthless, because there will not be any improvement in their attitude...
Now i will think to stop giving parcels through trackon courier from our gurgaon office.
