[Resolved] Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd — Not Delivery on time | |
Dear Sir I would like to inform u that i have given my documents of (UPSE Exam Application form) on 29 jan 2010 to deliver to( H. no 131/24 sugar mill colony yamuna nagar Haryana, 135001), as that apllication's last date of submission 30 jan 2010 ,my document POD NO[protected] dated 29/01/2010, the representitive of the said company had promised me to deliver my document on 30/01/2010 at 12.00 pm at yamuna nagar , but they did not done their work properly and did not deliver my documents on time , due to this careless work done by the company i have loss my completely one year. When i call up to company to complain on this matter they did not respond me and they roudly behave with me. we have courierd one airway ticket on 07.02.10. on the address Hare Ram Mishra, C/O Dr. A.K Akela, Carrier Catelist, front of vijaya bank KE Inter Road, Kashipur, Samastipur(Bihar) .
But it has send from your courier service to Kashipur (U.P) instead of Samastipur (Bihar ).I contact your Delhi Office and had words with Mr. sanjay and Ms. Nidhi .He gave me only Complaint Numbet i.e. 767 .But till yet, i did not get satisfactory answer from anyone that when it will arrive at samastipur.I am very disapppointed by the delay caused due to your careless. This courier contain a realy important document as it has a Flight Ticket date 16.02.10
So please look into this matter seriously and please try to make arrival this courier before 15.02.11 . otherwise it will a great loss for me .
