Tradus — Not refunding my money | |
I have ordered one Portable Laptop Stand Foldable e Table With 2 USB Cooling Fans whose order id: 9002967 from Tradus.in and i have ordered it on 14th may 2013. and this order has been cancelled by them only so today it is 27th may 2013 they are telling that they have refunded the amount in my bank account but still today they have not refunded my amount. i want to lodge a complain against tradus to give my money back that they are saying they have refunded but still today the amount have not been refunded they are just doing fraud and making fool to me i want to know When the amount will be refunded back to me in my bank account of Rs 559. I placed an purchase orders online in tradus.Com for Cafe Coffee Day Gift Voucher and Nanay Chocoz. paid online for the same and got confirmation from tradus.Com and the order nos is 4069515 and 4069516. Now tradus.Com is not attending my email's nor refunding my amount or delivering the product. I want to cancel this orders. my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

He is not picking up my phone calls and the Land Line number is not responding, rather found switched off.
