Tradus Online Shopping — NON REFUND OF MONEY

It is to be informed that I bought a mobile Samsung A687 from Tradus.But they delivered a rejected piece,so I asked for a replacement about 2 months ago.They insisted me to send the product back,so I did.But from then lot of days has been passed but they are not willing to refund my money.I filed a complaint to you on 27 th August.So they asked me to send my bank details.I send them details on 28 th August.But they are not responding from then.They are not even responding my phone calls.And not also mailing me.My Sub-Order ID-9867968_01.Sir please take strict action in this matter.It has been many days since I have not got my money back.They are frauds surely and every people should know. I am also afraid of my account to get hacked as they are big frauds.I had provided them the details.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
