[Resolved]  Transcend — pen drive replacement

My pen drive is not working neither its getting formated.

last week i baught a TRANSCENT 4 GB pen drive...i miss the bill & box...but i need a replacement...

I purchase a new 4 GB transcend pendrive 3 weeks ago. but now this pendrive is not detecting .Even though this pen drive is in guarantee period but i dont have bill of this pendrive. what should i do to replace the same?
