[Resolved]  Transcend — Transcend No After Sales Service

I have purchased Transcend 25M3 1 TB external hard disk about six month. Hard disk is not working now and contacted their Customer support Accel Frontline. But it seems, Transcend after sales service in India long before. There is not even one Customer care number for Transcend in India. I request to stop Transcend Sales in India. If further details required, I can provide, I would like to take proper legal action against Transcend. Regards, Rajesh Lingadurai
