I had the worst experience using transcend pendrive JF810. It got corrupted, and now anandit infotech, bangalore - the authorised service center is refusing to give the replacement though the product is having lifetime warranty.

Their agents mr.anand, mr.ramu, mr.navesh (+91-[protected], +91-[protected]) are behaving extremely rudely and arrogantly with customers and not even timely responding.

I will never ever buy any transcend product in my life or advise anyone to buy transcend.

    I have sent my pendrive to Anandit Infotech India Pvt. ltd, NO-6 3rd floor, 2nd cross, sadarpatrappa road, Bangalore and the courier people say it has been delivered...
    but nobody is responding from Anandit Infotech whether they have received it or not.
    Their team member RAMU is saying "it is not a big issue if pendrive is lost" !!!
    Who is responsible here?

      I submitted my drive for replacemernt on 22nd october 2018 its now 23rd april 2019 i still have no response from transcend or kaizen simply horrible will never buy transcend again.
      I spent 7000 to buy the drive how can a company like this be allowed nto our market.
      They are the worst why the bloody hell you need to send a damaged drive to taiwan if its in warranty you shoud just replace it instedaf of making soeone wait for over six months

        I have complained about my product twice to transcend company but they are not responding.i requested the company to repair or refund the amount of my damaged product.So i want to complain the transcend company to the consumer court it is the best way to know about my product complaint. Atleast they have to send details of nearby office.they are irresponsible of the products of their company also.

            But last 3 weeks this pendrive is not working properly.. so i went to customer service center..
            1) superton kolkata
            2) 73 melcalf street
            3) central plaza, bb ganguly street
            And many others.
            They send me one address to another address..
            I call snapdeal and get the service center address but the information is not matching..

            The call main head office again and again but no one received my ph..

              I bought Transcend MicroSD 16GB Class 10 through snapdeal on Oct 31 2015. They mentioned that my product has a Life Time Warranty. My product is not working properly for the past 1 month. I tried to claim warranty and get service centre. But there is no company service centre available. Then I registered my product in company's official website. But till now no one has contacted me regarding this.

                I have purchased transcend store jet 25m3 1tb external hard disk serial number b[protected]
                Warranty till[protected]

                My external hard disk is not connecting to my pc. When i visited customer service center in pune they are saying that they will not recover the data. My hard disk is having lot of important data i am not getting support from service center.

                Because of their defective hard disk my data is lost so its prime responsibility of company to provide me support.
                You are kindly requested to recover my data and replace my external hard disk as it is in warranty

                    Hello Team, I had purchased a Transcend 1 TB hard disk in Jan 2014 with a warrant of 3 years. I started facing issue with the hard disk in March 2015. I gave it for replacement/repair to ACCEL FRONTLINE as it has tie up with Transcend for the service repairs. I gave the hard disk on 18th March 2015 and got back on june 2015. Accel informed me that the product was rejected by Transcend as don''t have the replacement for the hard disk. Kindly help me with the same. Either get my hard disk replaced or get me the money. Accel has given me a delivery challan stating that the HD was rejected

                      Above said product ( DDR2 1 GB RAM for PC) I purchased from flip-kart, Which I received part is not working after 15 days of purchased, I checked with flip-kart but I am informed that only 10 days replacement warranty. then I searched service centre in mysore but unfortunately no transcend service centre in mysore . then i found Bangalore service centre phone number and address, but no response for phone calls and I didn't find the service centre place also as in specified address.                                     I have purchased Transcend 25M3 1 TB external hard disk about six month. Hard disk is not working now and contacted their Customer support Accel Frontline. But it seems, Transcend after sales service in India long before. There is not even one Customer care number for Transcend in India. I request to stop Transcend Sales in India.                                       I Have Two external Hard Disk from Reseller and the same stopped working within one week duration. Upon contracting with reseller he said to arrange for warranty from company level itself as the company has stopped its service centre in india. Upon checking warranty at company site it is showing that still about 3 year warranty is left and upon contracting with company they communicated that they are aware of problem but as they have closed their service centre from india, I have to contract distributors and they have given list of six distributors. Upon telephonic call they talked very rudly and cutted the phone call.

They asked me to contact the distributors, but no reply from their as well. Now, I am stranded and don't know where to go!!!                                               To whom It may concern Dear Sir, I wish to raise my voice against the defected product Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk Super Speed USB 3.0 Serial No. A[protected] offered by Transcend Information. Inc. According to the company, it is one of the world’s most trusted brands for computer hardware and due to this reason I believed on company and purchased an External Hard Disk on 18.02.2013 (Retail Invoice Receipt is attached with this mail for your kind reference) from Computer Empire, 205, Meghdoot Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019. But I am highly disappointed because the External Hard Disk has damaged after first use I was not able to retrieve my work which I had saved in this External Hard Disk. It means hard Disc did not fulfill the purpose as described when i purchased it. To solve the problem, I contact with the dealer on 22nd June 2013. They sent me to their another office at, Computer Empire, Lower Basment, Ocean Building, 12, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 for further maintenance or replacement where Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk was deposited through receipt No. RV:[protected]Replacement Receipt is attached with this mail for your kind reference). Computer Empire told me that it will be replaced within 21 days. After 21 days, I went there several times to collect that External Hard Disk. Two times they said Transcend has closed all service centers from India. In the last Computer Empire told me that they had send my hard drive to Supertron Electronics Private Limited, A-224, Okhla Industrial Area, phase-1, Delhi- 110020. You may contact with Mr. Amit Kumar, Contact person of Supertron. After that I had contacted several times with Mr. Amit Kumar, Contact person of Supertron, in the last he give me regret for not able to provide that External Hard Disk by saying that this series is not regular now, Not a single piece is available of Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk in any branch of Supertron Electronics Private Limited, so he is unable to replace it. Then I forward my problem through E-mail on 22nd September, 2013 to <[protected]@transcend-info.com> and Transcend Customer Service <[protected]@transcend-info.com> after that I had given different mails, every time I get reply that Transcend related dept. will contact the distributer as soon as possible or We have forward your information to the related dept. and distributor again. They will contact with you directly as soon as possible, but till now no body have contacted me. Now you may better understand about my position. It is really quadric condition for me as I have invested my hard earned money and now the cost of dollar is more with respect to Rupees So, this Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk will be more costly for me if I purchased again. It is a kind request to you to please do something to change my Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk as early as possible.                                                 i have bought new transcenf dvd writer in 1700 on date[protected]. but after it was making problem in reading dvd and cd&#039;s. as well it was in warranty period. but i given it to transcend service center for repair. it&#039;s been 4 month&#039;s. till now they are saying it will take more time. so please help me becouse 1700 is huge amount for me.

                                                    i bought a transcend 32gb class 4 micro sd via tradus
                                                    i worked without any problems for 4 days
                                                    after that the card is reading neither in pc nor in mobile
                                                    i wasted ma 1080rs for having a useless micro sd
                                                    tradus cheated me by sending quality less product
                                                    i tried to clear the problem by consulting many shops
                                                    they all returned it helplessly
                                                    i will not buy any more products from tradus

                                                        I had purchased a 4GB DDR3, 240-pin DIMM, 1333MH of transcend few month ago. But it create problem since a month ago, So that i was gave it for replacement/repair to "Accel Frontline Limited" (101-102 SUNRISE TOWERS [protected]) on 9 march 2013. And the staff said that it will take about 50 to 70 days for replacement.
                                                        So, sir i want to say please do something about the above issue. Because These companies just cheated to people. sir, (without the ram computer does't work.) and these type of companies only making money from India.
