[Resolved]  Transcend — DDR2 RAM sent to the service centre but the replaced part not received although 3 months have passed

My 2GB Ram is under warranty and i had submitted my RAM at their service centre ACCEL FRONTLINE Service Ltd on 23rd Aug 2012 and they havent given me the replacement RAM till now.
I have been repeatedly chasing them but still nothing positive has come out yet.

The details of my product are:

Product Name - Transcend 2GB JETRAM DDR2

Purchase date - 19/09/2009
