Dear Sir,
I wish to raise my voice against the defected product Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk Super Speed USB 3.0 Serial No. A[protected] offered by Transcend Information. Inc. According to the company, it is one of the world’s most trusted brands for computer hardware and due to this reason I believed on company and purchased an External Hard Disk on 18.02.2013 (Retail Invoice Receipt is attached with this mail for your kind reference) from Computer Empire, 205, Meghdoot Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019. But I am highly disappointed because the External Hard Disk has damaged after first use I was not able to retrieve my work which I had saved in this External Hard Disk. It means hard Disc did not fulfill the purpose as described when i purchased it.
To solve the problem, I contact with the dealer on 22nd June 2013. They sent me to their another office at, Computer Empire, Lower Basment, Ocean Building, 12, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 for further maintenance or replacement where Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk was deposited through receipt No. RV:[protected]Replacement Receipt is attached with this mail for your kind reference). Computer Empire told me that it will be replaced within 21 days. After 21 days, I went there several times to collect that External Hard Disk. Two times they said Transcend has closed all service centers from India. In the last Computer Empire told me that they had send my hard drive to Supertron Electronics Private Limited, A-224, Okhla Industrial Area, phase-1, Delhi- 110020. You may contact with Mr. Amit Kumar, Contact person of Supertron. After that I had contacted several times with Mr. Amit Kumar, Contact person of Supertron, in the last he give me regret for not able to provide that External Hard Disk by saying that this series is not regular now, Not a single piece is available of Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk in any branch of Supertron Electronics Private Limited, so he is unable to replace it. Then I forward my problem through E-mail on 22nd September, 2013 to <[protected]@transcend-info.com> and Transcend Customer Service <[protected]@transcend-info.com> after that I had given different mails, every time I get reply that Transcend related dept. will contact the distributer as soon as possible or We have forward your information to the related dept. and distributor again. They will contact with you directly as soon as possible, but till now no body have contacted me. Now you may better understand about my position.
It is really quadric condition for me as I have invested my hard earned money and now the cost of dollar is more with respect to Rupees So, this Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk will be more costly for me if I purchased again. It is a kind request to you to please do something to change my Transcend 1000 GB External Hard Disk as early as possible. I look forward to hear from you and a solution of this problem as soon as possible. Please note I don’t want any credit note.
