Sir,Poeples are facing so many problems so kindly request you to provide solution to poeples by increasing Buses in that root.

Dear Sir,I am having the SBI Savings Account in your Chittoor D.T Greamspet (7083) branch, bearing A/C No: [protected], and I am taken Housing loan Amount of RS: 5, 75, 000 last year i.e on March 2008 ( last slab amount) that time the Field officer deduct the RS: 25, 000, and he said that this amount goes for Insurance (if any risk happens) but so far they didn’t given any Insurance policy / bond for this amount, already I am sended all the clear details to customer care ( on line ) they given complaint Ticket no: [protected]. so far they didn’t taken any action regarding this, so please do the needful at earliest sir.

Transport — Immoral behaviour by the conductor
Dear Concerned,This is Swathi working in a Indian based company , Dated 29th May-10 , I was travelling in a bus from Tin Factory- Bangalore to Hoody -Bangalore,
Hoody area has 2 Stops( 1st main stop and 2nd stop at Zuri Hotel ) , and usually i pay Rs. 9 for the same in every travel , but this time the conductor gave me ticket of Rs.10 which i denied and did not accept and returned the ticket and took the ticket of Rs.9, I was to get down in the 2nd stop of Hoody wheras both the driver and conductor immorally fought with me and asked me to get down near the Hoody Mailn stio which is 1 1/2 Km from the 2nd Stop of Hoody
As i was paying Rs.9 only for Every Travel Near Hoody, I just do not understand why they demanded to pay Rs.10 All of a sudden
The conductor and driver's behaviour was so rotten and cannot be accepted
Requesting to take a severe action against them so that these kinds of indecent incidents does not reappear again with other passengers

Even i have the same experience.I have also gone through all these problems.I have waited for M500 one day more than 1 hr.I have to wait minimum 15mins everryday .It is very difficult in the morning.I stay in Srinivasapuram(Guduvanchery) and only i can take M500.It is very difficult since there is no shelter also.
I have similar problem.I am staying in EB Stop in guduvanchery.There is no shelter for the buses going towards chengalpett.Need to wait for a long time for M500 bus.Every day it is really difficult.Also the buses do not stop in the exact bus stop .i face this problem everyday.Buses are not frequent also.after waitng for so long some 7-8 buses come at a time which is really difficult .
I too have the same problem. I travel from perungulathur to M-city . The buses are not regular. At certain hours four or five buses come one after another without much time gap. During other hours there are no bus. This prevails at a higher rate in M500 series.
Even I have the same bitter experience. After 7 PM, we have to wait for atleast more than 15 minutes to catch an M500. Once I had waited for an hour then nearly 4 to 5 M500 buses were stopped in the stopping at the same time. There is no proper time gap between the buses.
Almost all the conductors are not the returning the 50p change always. In some cases, where the ticket fare is Rs.9/-, if we give Rs.10/- they won't give Re.1/- balance. The conductors are very rude.
Transport — nule not same
SANGLI,Here many Auto and Ape rikshaws present, which frequently rounding sangli-Miraj. But rules made by RTO are not executed properly. And no government action taken on this matter.Perhaps traffik police taken money as government cant able to pay monthly. If any of found out of rule, he leaved by pushing money or burden of political leader. THIS MUST STOP SOMEWHERE.
Transport — Refuse to stop the bus
Dear Sir/MadamA complain against the bus conductor,I was travelling from Thiruvalore to AR.Kuppam on 21st march about 17:34 pm.When the destination place arrives the bus conductor refuse to stop the bus at the bus stop.Where i was asking about the reason,He replied as time consumption.when i oppose to make a complain against him to the higher official,but the bus stopped at the nearest police station (Thiruttani).
Where i was really upset because of the issue happened there...WITH NO REASON the Police officer hit me rudely.I coudn't realise the thing wat happened at that moment....They forced me to sign against a document where i dint even know wat is return....SO please do the right action for me...As me Many of the public are suffering from this issue....Further How can i make this issue with proper channel.

Respected Sir/MadamI was travel on 16.06.2011 on your 8.15 a/c bus from Nellai to Chennai.
A/c Bus but A/C not working
Vedio coch but vedio not working

Please inform to that type of information atleast 4 to 5 hours before on bus time

Transport — corruption
The shops inside the railway stations & bus stations are taking extra charges in the name of each products we buy from them. they are taking extra 5rs+mrp from every customer for each product.even we ask about the mrp they argue and behave very rudely. this should be take into consideration otherwise this will even lead to big corruption in state even they are killing thew foreigners with this extra amounts and misbehavior.please take fast & effective action against this.

Iam sinduja from thirukalukundram (chengalpatt). Iam working near chengalpatt. On daily basis I travel from chengalpatt to Mahindra City in MTC bus.
Yesterday 3.5.2022 morning at 8.10 I reached chengalpatt bus stop and go near to some MTC bus stand near to dipo. I get inside bus on that time bus driver shoutt me to get down. I asked why ? Then he forcely told me to get down and he told bus will start at 8.30. I told no problem sir I sit here . He shouted * this is restroom or what you simply telling to sit here you go go.
After I asked why sir you speaking anonymous words but he continues shoutted I get down from bus. I told her to give complaint please come with me at spot but he told iam govt employee you not able to do anything.
Please mam take necessary action.

And I reported to Tambaram depo transport incharge thamodharan sir he told me to call customer care. In customer care they not respond.

Transport — Cheating/Swindling
Recently i visited bangalore by train while i reached the railway statiion and asked the auto fellow to drop me at ramkrishna lodge at gandhinagar he refused that it is not a good lodge and he lured me that there is a nice place of tourism and took the auto to S.B.T. Travels Cottonpet Bangalore there they are not willing to leave me and they booked the worst package of 4000/- for bang/mysore and ooty and addtitional guide charges.In the green city of india, the auto fellows are working as touts and dupeing and deceiving the innocent touritsts.
