I am a commuter being travelling from Kalyan to Kanjur & later from Kanjur railway station to Solaries , Powai .
I had done complaints of few Auto-Rik-shaw drivers about their denial & in-decent behavior at Kanjur railway station.
During morning time first of all they are not following the Queue system.Even the Union people are present for just Name sake.
They are ineffective in implementing the Queue system.I am fed up noting down the nos. of Indvidual Auto-Rik-shaw drivers on daily basis.
The various excuses are : 1. There is no Queue system in place over here.2.My Rik-shaw is from other place .
3.I am waiting for a reserved commuter.4. I don't want to go there. 5. Gas is fininshed I have to re-fill. & so on.
Pls. advice me what legal action can be taken to avoid inconvenient caused to so many commuters daily .I suggest to appoint a Traffic police
at such places for some weeks to regularize the system.Awaiting your prompt reply on subject matter.Pls do acknowledge the same."

Transport Commissioner & Traffic Police Mumbai.

We would like to bring to your notice some problems commuters face daily in Kurla west and Bandra east railway station. There is no system to get an auto, People are forced to share auto's. There is no Queue because the rickshaws do not come there and the behaviour of the drivers is quite harsh and commuters travelling are senior citizen's, Ladies and children who are refused to be taken by meter fare. Either they demand fixed amount or they ask people to share the auto which could be risky at times. Is the sharing system legal in city such as Mumbai.
