Travelocity — Flight Cancellation Re-imbursement | |||
Hello Sir, I booked my flight ticket from Lucknow(LKO) to Bangalore(BLR) on 8th December 2012 worth 6949/- which I cancelled on 12th December 2012. My cancellation amount that had to be reimbursed in my account is 5899/- which has not been credited to my account yet. My ticket details are as : Trip ID :[protected] Product Type & Quantity Cost per item Total Flight: Lucknow [LKO] → Delhi [DEL] 1 x Adult RS6,949 Delhi [DEL] → Bangalore [BLR] (Adult) Flight Information Summary: Airline booking number: 83JGHH Passenger: SAGAR GULATI Lucknow (LKO) To Delhi (DEL) Airline: Go Air (G8) Flight Number: G8 0352 Class: Economy Departing: 07:30 Wed 14 Dec 2011 Arriving: 08:35 Wed 14 Dec 2011 Delhi (DEL) To Bangalore (BLR) Airline: Go Air (G8) Flight Number: G8 0201 Class: Economy Departing: 09:20 Wed 14 Dec 2011 Arriving: 11:55 Wed 14 Dec 2011 This is my Flight information and following is my cancellation information : As per your instructions dated 12 Dec 2011, we have cancelled your booking, for Trip ID:[protected]. The net amount of refund is INR5898.99. We will process your refund in 5 business days, although different banks may have varying timelines for crediting the refund back into your account. I tried contacting the travelocity customer services. I got response and they provided me with an ARN Number that is : 75425311349170015100028 They told me to cross it with my bank which I did and bank told me that there no transaction done through this ARN number or Transaction ID. My bank is Punjab National Bank and my account number is [protected]. I have tried many times but I got no results I am just fed up of this. Please look into this Thanks and Regards Sagar Gulati.
