[Resolved]  Travelyaari — Refund not done in above 5 months

I had booked three bus tickets for PUNBUS from jalandhar to Delhi on 22nd December 2012 (PNR No:[protected]. I paid an amount of Rs;1425 for a bus which never started. There was a problem with the bus chain so it couldn't start or so was told to us. There was also a strike the same day so very few buses were available. No one paid heed to an online ticket and were told to call travelyaari.
So I did the person told me he cancelled the ticket and a refund would be one in 5-7working days. Having a HVAC ticket i travelled in a local HRTC bus for 8hours and the amount has not been refundedd till date. I have called travelyaari every 1-2months, wasted more than 100rupees calling them and still not recieved the refund for more than six months now.Pathetic!!!!
