[Resolved]  Travelyaari — stuck for more than 10 hours at surat

I am travelling from pune to udaipur in one of the bus number rj06 pb 1200 under the name of surana travels. We started at 1 pm from pune after crossing mumbai bus got stucked due to some techincal issues. We called the sercice provider but they replied rudely like no alternate bus is there and also they can't help till 12 hours. I even called more then 20 to 30 times and after that they stopped picking up my calls. We were stcked in nowhere between the highway for more then 12 hours. This was such a unacceptable behaviour from their side amd annoying too.
