I had booked a ticket from www.Travelyaari.com on 15th December 2012 for travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad (date of journey : 11 january 2013), Ticket No: [protected]. I had booked the ticket in advance for 790 Rs in a Multi-Axle Volvo of PAVIT Travels.
On 27th December I received a call from TRAVELYAARI people saying the bus has been cancelled and they in turn asking me to book a ticket for another Multi axle volvo for 1600 Rs. How can a bus operator cancel a bus when it got completely filled, All tickets in that bus have been booked. Is this a game of the travel agents for getting more money in the peak weekends/ festival times? When I asked the same question to travelyaari.com the manager replied like travelyaari didn't cancel the bus it was PAVIT travels who cancelled the bus ask them, Then why this travelyaari people are issuing tickets on behalf of them. Please do something that this doesn't happen to others in future, as there may be urgent situations where it will be matter of medical emergencies too.
