Bus provider cancelled bus and didnt even informed causing trouble

I booked travel ticket on 24 Mar 2024 in SBS Travels for travel Amravati-Pune for date 25 Mar 2024 with PNR[protected] other details as per attached screenshot.

I booked by tickets well in 1 day advance just to make sure I get seat in bus which will drop me at pune early morning so I can attend my office.

Online ticket booking need refund back

I have done with the payment, also amount got deducted from my account, still not received any confirmation message from travelyaari, and when confirmed with the travel company they denied the booking.. Also tried to reach to traveyaari several times on telephone but none of their phone numbers are reachable, wasted my 5 hours, I want my refund back earliest....

One of the representative from travelyari called me regarding refund today. He has taken my all bank information and deducted more 5000/- from my account but not yet refunded my money.
Kindly resolve the issue please.

I booked bus ticket from chandigarh to jammu from travelyaari (Punbus - 11:40 am). Due to misunderstanding of timings i wanted to cancel my ticket. I wrote email to [protected]@travelyaari.com and called them @10:35 am and explained them my reason to cancel this ticket. Customer service is worst. They say like that 'only booking is our responsibility'. They are saying that you did not pay us while booking and it is your responsibility to sortout all issue with operator. Never go with this. Redbus, paytm, makemytrip are the best option then this. They are not paying my refund amount for prn[protected] and[protected]. You will lose your trip and money both....

I had booked three bus tickets for PUNBUS from jalandhar to Delhi on 22nd December 2012 (PNR No:[protected]. I paid an amount of Rs;1425 for a bus which never started. Cheated to Me

No Refund and harrasment

I have booked a ticket in 20 April, 2012 from Delhi to Ludhiana through www.travelyaari.com. Due to some reason the bus was cancelled. Local authority said bus was met with an accident and not running for a month and your reservation stand for nothing and also there is no bus for an hour. I really feel like educated fool internet user.

I paid 1200 for Volvo and on location offered a normal AC bus worth half of price I paid....
