Micromax q5 — HANDSET IS NOT WORKING
I HAVE PURCHASED THE MICROMAX Q5 HANDSET LAST YEAR IN MAY-2010. WITHIN 2 MONTHS ITS WHOLE MOTHER CHIP WAS REPLACED. IN BETWEEN THE MOBILE GETS SWICHOFF AUTOMATICALLY. CHARGER IS NOT WORKING WITHIN ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE. ITS TRACK BALL IS NOT WORKING. IT TAKES MORE THAN 3 HOURS TO CHARGE THE HANDSET. BATTERY GETS DOWN IN JUST 1 HR OF TALKTIME.PRECISELY HERE I WANT TO SAY THOUGH THE HANDSET IS CHEAP ITS QUALITY IS ALSO CHEAP.SAYINGS ARE VERY BIG BUT DELIVERY & COMMITMENT IS ZERO. CALL CENTRE IS USELESS.
THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH MY FRIENDS TOO. I HAVE BEEN USING NOKIA 3310i WHICH I PURCHASED IN JAN-2005 AND STILL I HAVE NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY TO MAINTAIN IT.
WILL ANYBODY IN MICROMAX WILL LISTEN TO THIS. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CHEATED OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

This is the plight of the Customers of Micromax that there is nobody to listen from Micromax because their selling has gone up but let me remind you if this is the attitude and quality then in nodays you will come back to earth.
I purchased q5 dual sim from chhabra comm.Sangrur Punjab on 31.01.2011.Its mike&speaker not working proprely .Visited service center no soln. staff is untraind.

during the call, the other side people cannot listen my voice clearly, so didsturbing during call, i purchase phone before 1 month, so thats a problem
