I had taken a contract/agreement with a contractor/builder by name TRENDS which they renamed to 360 DEGREE CONSTRUCTIONS Solutions, which is in Vijayanagara, Bangalore. As per terms & conditions contractor was supposed to finish the house in 4 months. They took all my money for total work which is around 25 Lakhs and still house is not complete after 2 years !!! There are 3 partners with company and surprisingly no one has stopped them from cheating so far...I would be more happy if you get DONT into trouble with this company.
