I was satisfied with the friendly staff, especially the lady staff who attended us, and helped throughout.
But I was not happy with ur gift policy as I was told to pay to get my gift even though I was eligible and above d limit, so I had to leave d store without my gift which was a bad experience. I feel i[censored] put an offer and a customer is eligible you should not ask extra payment for his gift..or else how come it's an offer, I would like to talk n resolve this issue with a responsible management team and get my eligible gift as part of d offer coz I'm seriously looking to contact consumer court i[censored]r not interested in resolving this issue..
