How can I redeem my credit note...

Registered complaint on September 20th2022 complaint id 4082054...

Purchased at trends store on sunday They told an offer about purchase for above 3599 (purchased for more than 7000) and get 3599 off and rs 3000 coupons.
But they didn't provide 3000 rs coupons. They provided only coupon for 1500. May I know then why do you give advertisement. They have mentioned in each and every place about the offer. it has been more than 10 days we complained to their customer care but they never replied....

I was satisfied with the friendly staff, especially the lady staff who attended us, and helped throughout.
But I was not happy with ur gift policy as I was told to pay to get my gift even though I was eligible and above d limit, so I had to leave d store without my gift which was a bad experience. I feel i[censored] put an offer and a customer is eligible you should not ask extra payment for his gift..or else how come it's an offer, I would...

Yelahanka RMZ Mall Trends there is a staff who himself calls as the floor Manager Mr.Aswath id 50045573 was not allowing me to take my trolly inside as oer him that is the rule of the store.
I was okey with the rule and to keep the trolly inside but he was not willing to take the responsible of my trolly thats too bad ur security person was also not taking the responsibility of my stuffs y the hell r y keeping thos securities and all.br...

I purchased clothes for rs 6000 from trends paripally on nov 29 and i got coupons worth rs 2500. They said coupons are valid till dec 8. I enquired again since validity is written as 1st nov to 21st nov but they said it's valid and come before dec 8. When i went to kowdiar trends with these coupons on dec 5 they are saying these are already expired. Is reliance cheating customers???...

I had taken a contract/agreement with a contractor/builder by name TRENDS which they renamed to 360 DEGREE CONSTRUCTIONS Solutions, which is in Vijayanagara, Bangalore. As per terms & conditions contractor was supposed to finish the house in 4 months. They took all my money for total work which is around 25 Lakhs and still house is not complete after 2 years !!! There are 3 partners with company and surprisingly no one has stopped them...
