Trends — Not allowing me to take my stuffs inside

Yelahanka RMZ Mall Trends there is a staff who himself calls as the floor Manager Mr.Aswath id 50045573 was not allowing me to take my trolly inside as oer him that is the rule of the store.
I was okey with the rule and to keep the trolly inside but he was not willing to take the responsible of my trolly thats too bad ur security person was also not taking the responsibility of my stuffs y the hell r y keeping thos securities and all.
This Fellow wants me to get a bag and put my stuffs inside too bad customer service and very un proffessional staff. Do something about it.
