TTK prestige/Table Top Wet Grinder — No after sales service | |||
On 20 sep 2011, I bought a Table top Wet Grinder from TTK prestige show room at kottayam. About two weeks ago the appliance stopped functioning. I contacted their serive engineer the day itself. Even though they promised to send the service engineer the the same day itself, he did not turn up. This happened several times, till this time. They assure the service engineer would be attending the problem and trouble shoot the same day I make them the call. What sort of service do you offer?
