DHBVN officers are corrupt to the core. Especially their accounts department.
The newest ploy is to issue huge bills to consumers, and ask them to pay the bill first, and correct the wrong bill later.
Otherwise they threaten with disconnection.
I have suffered badly at hands of Idgah, Ballabhgarh office. I reseide in sector - 7, and usually bill comes for 200 units, but this November - 2012 bill came for 1011units !!!
I went to DHBVN office, and clerk referd me to the CA. He s most rude and annoying person. He simply said first deposit your bill & then talk to me. When I protested, he simply said that you can get your connection disconnected !!!
The Government should privatise DHBVN / or else allow other private companies to supply electricity in Haryana, because DHBVN is abusing its monopoly.

Electricity issue
Hi,We resides in housing board dharuhera sec-6,
We are facing serious problem of daily electricity cutting. And also the responsible person is not picking up the call([protected] or [protected])or keep switch off the phone after 22:30hrs. From last one week in night electricity is getting cut for around 11hours continuously. Kindly help us.
