I have bought Apache RTR 180 from Dugar TVS Indore on 15 July 2012 and during every free service i have complained them regarding the engine problem (that after every two-three months the engine oil is totally exhausted) which was not solved by them and after that i shifted to Bhopal and got it serviced from TVS service station in MP Nagar Bhopal where i again discussed the same problem but it was again not resolved and they told me that now engine would be opened but due to busy schedule i wasn’t able to give the bike to them at that time
I want to claim the warranty on engine but their staffs says that it could not be claimed since i haven’t refilled the oil from them during every service
I tired of visiting the service station again and again
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible or else I need to take legal action against the company..
