TVS Apache — not loading on bike

Respected sir i like to give a complaint ,that ur railway staff r asking money for loading my bike in train,as i booked my bike on 3-7-11,my receipt no is-A137620 and my bike reg. no is JH05Z 6324.
I am not receiving my bike till now,plz sir take correct action for that-we people are facing problem.
I wil be thnkful to you if you concern to my problem and take correct action.
