I have purchased tvs flame last year in may 08 & i have been serviceing the bike reguraly and every service i had one complaint that is low pick up & engine kocking every time your service enginers used to say it is the valves setting needs to be done but in vain the problem still exists. I feel that ur company do not have good mechanics and are not capable to solve the problems of the costumers or it could be that the bike is manufactured with a defect an the company does not want to except it even after my 10 services my problem has not been solved.
IT is my humble request to the company to appoint a company mechenic to help me out in resolving my problem. PLEASE HELP ME.

TVS FLAME BIKE — NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY IN SERVICE STATIONS

I have purchased TVS FLAME on 26/04/08 from the time i have purchased i am facing gear shifting problem, slight engine vibration since i have given for for first service in Bangalore (Saturn motors )i have specifically told the mechanic that i am facing problem with gear shifting, millage, and slight engine vibration but no body have done the service properly and i had visited to nearest service station (Bridge stone motors ) they are not even bothered to look in to the problem
Kindly look into the matter and change bike an or give us the better solution if not i'll be complaint against TVS MOTORS
