[Resolved] TVS FLAME BIKE — ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC PROBLEM | |||
DEAR SIR, LAST WEEK I HAD GIVEN BY MIKE FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT, IT IS GOING OFF IF I PUT THE INDICATOR OR HORN, THEY CHANGED THE COIL AND TOTAL BILL CAME AROUND 2238/- WHILE TAKING THE VEHICLE ONLY KICK STARTER WAS WORKING, SELF STARTER WAS NOT WORKING. MR.NAGARAJ CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE AT GOOD WILL TVS TOLD THAT IT IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT CHARGED THE BATTERY (AMARON NE). BUT AFTER ONEDAY IT DOES NOT EVEN KICK STARTED . NOW THIER SERVICE PERSONNEL TOOK THE BIKE FROM MY RESIDENCE. I HAVE PAID RS.2240 ON[protected] NOW 2238 ON[protected] RS. 4500 IN A SPAN OF JUST TWO MONTHS WITHOUT SETTLING THE PROBLEM. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY EXCHANGE THIS BIKE FOR A NEW ONE OF ANY GOOD MODEL OF YOURS AND I'M READY TO PAYN THE DIFFERENCE OF AMOUNT. EXPECTING YOUR VALUABLE REPLY. TVS FLAME BIKE — Average was not given(only 60 KMPL.)average was given
I am purchase TVS Flame 125cc bike at18/02/2009,worth Rs.50000/-at the time of purchase dealer of TVS Bikes 1(Nilavati Automobiles Daund,and J.J.Auto Baramati)says this bikes avarage was 112 KMPL.But this bike was given only 58 Kmpl avarage.I am showing this complaint to J.J Auto he was repair this bike 4 to 5 times but bike's avarage was not change.This bike was repairs major problem two times in 18 month,first time Rs/-1000/-repairing charges and second time Rs/-2200/-was paid. I am sending written complaint to Dealer J.J.Auto Baramati at 27/4/2009 and 07/5/2009 but he could not give me answer satisfied.I am sending complaint to company but company was not reply me.I have proof of this bikes dealers pamplt of explain of avrage of 112 KMPL.
Please return my bike to company and give my money back
