I have a TVS Scotty pep the oil leaking, and for. Service, they told me the complete engine should be removed and checked and. Repaired for which they said. it may cost 12000/-rupees oil separate, etc, etc, I want. To Ask. The TVS Scotty company don't u have a service price tag, the show room. Service centres are charging enormous rates. Will u please publish in news paper, media TV etc issue pamphlets for awareness for scooty owners. Also open. A call center for any complaint. Etc.

incidence about after sale service.
I have received the Tax Invoice on 30.7.2012.
I have taken delivery of the vehicle on 24.7.2012, but till today I have not
received the photo I.D. of my husband Shri Vijendra Madhukar Mohite.
I have been promised by your office that I will receive all the documents i.e
Tax Invoice and original Voter’s ID of my husband very next day.
I have been following it up regularly, but in vain. Till today I have never
got a single call from your office. I called Shri Zen of your office, he was
very rough on the phone. He informed me that your office do
100 couriers in a day and he does have time to call up each and every
customer for the confirmation. Your office really courier 100 couriers in a day,
then you must be having a excellent turnover. When I have requested for a phone
number of a owner, he said I will not get it and I have to
come to the office, I am a kidney patient (suffering from Nephritic
syndrome) and he was very rude on the phone and told me that
I have to come to your office to talk to the owner. He does not respect
the customers at all. Yesterday i.e. on 30.7.2012 I called your office and I have
been informed by Ms. Chaitali that the voter’s card has been despatched
to me, but not yet received.
Please look into the matter and revert back to me.
