[Resolved]  U. P. S. R. T. C. — Irregularity in bus fare

This complain is for bus no - UP 16 P 9563
Route - Dhaula Kuan to Kasna via Rajnigandha Chawk
Running Time: 9:35 AM in Maharani Bagh

Today (Nov 18, 2009) morning I took a bus from Maharani Bagh, Delhi to Rajnigandha Chawk, Noida and conductor asked me for a ticket of Rs. 16. Whereas, yesterday (Nov 17, 2009) I traveled for same source and destination and that too from same Bus (UP 16 P 9563) and same conductor asked me for a ticket of Rs. 11.
When I asked him that yesterday you asked me a ticket of Rs. 11 then his reply was - "Kal ki ticket dikha do."
He offered me to travel in Rs. 10 but without ticket. When I insisted that I want ticket then finally he gave a ticket of Rs. 16. Kindly note that it was pre-printed ticket not a machine one.

Who is responsible for these irregularities?
Who is going to look into these matters?

all condoctor & driver of cng buses have no responsibilities for safty because they always rash driving .

noida 12-22 chauraha to grater noida bus services is very very bad of bus number: 5 because this service is not started very timely, the bus time is started 7:00 am but the frist bus is coming or start the source 8:45 am or 9:00 am

this complain is for the route of DANKAUR to G.NOIDA and NOIDA .
sir yahan par cng buson ko koi time table nahi hai jisse daily jane wale logon ke sath sath kabhi kabhi jane wale logon ko bhi pareshani hoti hai aur yahan ke driver aur conducter private auto walon se mile hue hain jisse wo sahi time par nahi chalte hain aur wo pasie lekar ticket bhi nahi dete hain

sir meri aapse request hai ki is problem ka jaroor solution nikale aur me aapse yahan aur 4 bus chalane ki guzarish karta hoon jisse daily jane wale log mst bawale . sir aapki bahut kirpa hogi dankaur wasion par
To day I have travel by bus No. UP16 P 9571, Dadri – Noida Route The Conductor does always misbehave with the passengers. in this bus And Charge the bus fare with out giving ticket to the passengers and demands more then existing fare.
Why do not UPRSTC provide electronic ticketing machine to the conductor to all route. Why do corporation not taken action against the such conductor as this is the theft of Corporation with the witness of passengers.

Regional Manager of the UP Road transport corp. Sector 35, noida is control and he is responsble for this erregularties and departmental Vigilance looking after these matters or Their Corporate is looking after these matters. the management of corp. also display the Phone No. [protected] in the Bus. Please sent these complaint to the senior officer. to file my complaint.
