U. P. S. R. T. C. — refund of my money

I had not received my refund for the cancellation of bus done by upsrtc.
Ten days has been passed but no money has been refunded upsrtc, i had already marked complain on mail but no revert from there.

Below pls find the details of the ticket and cancellation message

Pls find the solution of this problem and refund my money asap.
