[Resolved]  Uco Bank — transaction password not working

i have opted for a uco bank ebanking services,after several telephonic & writted complains they are not giving me the net banking password,
even the email id given are false and when we send messages at the following
email id they are rebounded.

kindly let me know what to do.

Bank — Transaction Malfunctioning

I am Rajan Kumar and I have a saving account(#24422) with Axis bank, DP market pitampura, New Delhi branch.
On 3rd.of August I had to pay my residence rent, hence I decided to get the cash from the nearest ATM, I got nothing but a invalid transaction receipt of 7000rupees. I thought there might be some problem with the ATM, so I decided to try it in another ATM, which said insufficient fund, when I did the balance inquiry, I got frustreted to see the transaction of 7000/- was done, though I didn't received any cash. I tried calling the customercare no. several times but it didn't worked. So I decided to contact my bank in the morning. In the morning a lady at that bank told me to submit an application for the same, when I did the same, she told me to wait for maximum 12days as it takes that much time, I still have not paid my due rent to the landlord, which is very embarrasing to me. Kindly do let me know what to do know, when there is delay of 100rupees payment from customer side, bank and comanies used to charge late fees and all, when they do such blunders, they make the customers to look to the sky.

Payment not received from ATM UCO bank Ambamata Branch on dated 21/02/2013 amt 3000/- through ATM ID- NA012601
on the day bankers had strike and after many follow up they told your transaction have successfully but payment was not received by me.
I spend One & half hour there & many transaction made by people in front of me.
also not a justified answer given by their respected staff members.

The above problem is genuine. This is a useless bank and for e payment ask for ATP and then trx password which is never authenticated and always send error. Please confirm how to get new trrx password. local branch employee or help line are of no use all helpline of any deptt. should be banned as they lead to no where even after waisting 20 to 30 minutes.
I had opened two years ago, traditional FD for Rs.1, 75, 000 online in Pondicherry Main Branch. But when I needed money prematurely, there is no option for premature closure. I hoped I could close it when I need it, even I am not in Pondicherry. I had shifted my SB A/c and offline FD A/c to Chennai. When I asked my Selaiyur branch, how to close this online FD A/c, they say I have to surrender FD receipt. I didn't get FD receipt for the online opened FD to surrender nor there is any online option to close the FD prematurely. On looking the online opening FD, I had to get the FD from the Main Branch to which my A/c is related. So even though it was easy to open online, I had to go to the Branch to get the FD receipt. in other banks, online deposits, the send the FDR through registered lost. Here, they neither send FDR online nor there is any option for closure. So when on maturity you will not have FDR to surrender nor you can close it online as it is easy to open. In effect, I am to lose my online FD to the bank on maturity. Even if I wrote to my accounts manager, from my A/c, there is no reply at all in spite of repeated requests either send the FD to my Chennai Branch or transfer the FD A/c itself to Chennai Branch.
