Ujjawal Packers and Movers — Not delivering my luggage in proper time as well not recieving my call to give me status for the same

They Promised me to deliver my luggage in 2 Days from Hyd to Pune.Now Its 10 days.till now i didnt get my luggage.Even now they are not talking to me as well not picking my call.I urgently need my luggage


I m in Pune since last 10 days and I dont have luggage with me.I m not able to complete my work here.I m wasting my money in calling them again and again in their offices but they are not responding me.

This movers is completly Farud. After giving insurance sheet still no insurance has given. Insurance sheet is false. No one came for inspection and no claim was provided for the breakage of the goods.

Ujjwal NAtional Movers and Package :-Hyderabad is very unprofessional and unoganized set of Packers & Movers. They agreed to dispatch my goods from Hyderabad to Kolkata for Rs. 24000/- . This consignment also included my bike (Hero Honda Karizma). They purposefully and intentionally delayed the dispatch of my bike asking for extra payment than that was decided at the time of quotation.Inspite paying the full amount, these people delayed the dispatch. People there cannot be trusted with what they commit.

The amount of time and money you spend chasing these people over the phone is unimaginable.

Can anyone guide us the legal ways of how we can nail these people in trade so that innocent consumers do not fall prey to their intentions.

Ujjwal National Packers and Movers — cheat and not good service

Ujjwal NAtional Movers and Package :-Noida(Ghaziabad) are very bad in serveice.
Firstly they agreed to shift my household in 23000/ from noida to Mumbai.when my goods loadedin truck they said to me to pat 27000/.After the negotation they agree on 25000/.and they commit to me to deliver the goods with in 5-6 days.
But after the 3 days Ajit Chaudhary call me and said to pay 27000/other wise they deliver me goods after 15 days.I have no option and I agree.But after this passe out 10 days i have not received my goods.when I call to Ajit Chaudhary they not pick my phone.
After the long time and follow up these gays more than 20 days I receive my goods.
One thing i say not to use this service....Firstly they are very good but when your goods in on the way then they show your face(they are very Unprofessional).

Hi I have the same situation with Ujjwal NAtional Movers and Package Ghaziabad, noida.The poeple Ajit Chaudhary is very unprofessional I have given the asighnement at 18 Jul from Noida to mumbai my house hold, bike and car.and at that time they commited deliver the goods with in 4-5 days.But after the 2 weak long chasing the Ajit my car dispath to me and at that time he asked for full payment of my goods which was not deliverd at that time.How i pay the full payment fisr you deliver my goods after that.Daily I call Ajit ([protected]) fistly he not receive my calls so many times, and when recived then say tommrow tommrow
and tommrow.
After 25 days they deliver my goods from noida to mumbai.Gays never take the service from these people, they are very unprofessional.And specially The Ajit Chaudhary is a very very...

This is group of fraud Chaudhary's and all are gunda's. Namely Ajith, Pawan Chaudhary etc. DO NOT get into their trap, they have blackmailed me that they will deliver my goods only after full payment whereas 50% was supposed to be paid on delivery. They make many promises which are not meant for meeting it.

A. B. Packers and Movers — Loss of money

We had booked for two shiftings through A.B. Packers and Movers for which they had quoted us rs.6500 per shifting previously. As we had got quotations lesser than this rate, they quoted us Rs.8500 for two shiftings. But on the day of the first shifting only, they took Rs.6500 from us and was not responding to any of our calls for 2 days at a stretch. Lastly when they reponded they quoted Rs. 2000/- extar above than wht they had quoted earlier. They are very cleaver as to keep everything verbal and not tokeepin writing. But I feel no customer should approach A B Packers and Movers anymore further for shifting purpose. This is a fake company who knows how to run away with people's money.

I am the latest victim of M/S ujjawal india packers &movers.I have booked on consignement from delhi to hyderabad on[protected]. Till date ie 12.06.2011 material has not been delivered.now they are not giving any response except false assurance.I have spent 1000/ on telephone so far. It is suggested not to use service of this transporter otherwise you will loss your piece and loss of time & money.

IS THERE ANY ACTION WILL TAKEN AGAINST UJJWAL PACKERS & MOVERS???????
PLES REPLY BECAUSE I ALSO FACEING THE SAME PROBLEM...

This Packers and movers is really cheat!! I gave a consignment to transfer my LCD and dinner set and few other house stuffs from noida to hyderabad in 01-Aug-12. These people still have not received my stuff after 2 months. Now this person Ajit Singh [protected] is also not picking up my phone! I am really frustrated with this behavior now, I want to file a legal complain against him and his company. Now I do not bother when I will get my stuffs back, but I want this people to legally executed.
I want someone to help, how can I proceed for legal action.
