Umamani and its MD, all are fraud. In Chikun Garden, Gadhakana, only CHEATING is their business. Stay away from this group. orelse repent simply.

My cosin brother went for interview for Saimun weatth ventur company. after he returned, I came to know that same culprit NARAN NAIK has started that with some experienced and qualified Vice Presidents. NARAN has cheated many customer in his UMAMANI projects- Limun Garden, Chikun Garden and Argul project. You will be happy to know that CHIKUN is wife's name and CHIKUN gaden is 70% fraud project. 30% registration done. NARAN is defaming his wife. He should rectify himself, return the customers with interest of 20% per annum. or God will not excuse him at all.

I strongly agree, I have been facing same. Umamani had taken Rs 1 lakh not paying last 18 months

I am haramohan Sahu, from Bangalore. I have booked a plot in july 2010. As of now he has postponed the registration date. Yes there are peple who talks in very fraud manner. also good pple. They have postponed sevaral time. This time i was told that they will give the registration in April 2012. If they dont keep their promise, then all these lagation would stand valid. Lets wait for my next comment. Me and all my frens have booked the plot by giving each 2lacs. There are other ways to tackle the iisue. it is a problem of lots of people. So guys lets wait for my next comment. havew patience...

Yes Umamani now telling take the registration, but we will not do the demarcation of lan. Which is a problem... Now How a end user will come to know which land the end user brought... Is it not a fraud ? I think they have taken advance from more then 900 people. and they have land for 10 - 20 people. So whoever is powerful and political base will get land and others will not.

We have to take a strong action... They must have police backing and also others. Without these strong backing They can not do it.

I booked a plot with due agreement by paying 1 lacs, but they did not give me the land even after 1.5 yrs. When i call them they do not pick up the phone. I contacted in their main office always said that the land will be registered within Nov 2011 and then Feb 2012 and then said come april date of registration will be informed you and after registrn demarkation will be done. and ready for possession within 2 months.This is a great cheating company.
Please stay away from this real estate company.

I agree that Mr.N.C NAYAK doing fraud business. I doubt he cannot refund money. He lost his money in luxury living.

We will go to police/court, and file a FIR against them. We all have to go at one short, then only pressure will be on them.

Folks, this is a fake and fraudulent company, and there are many such builders who are like this. Basically, Bhubaneswar is packed with fraud builders. Most of these guys are unemployed or guys who want to make fast money. So, they are ready to play games and show muscle power through goondaism, threats. Umamani Home is one such rot in the dustbin. Nayak and his team are capable of putting many excuses to ensure that they keep the client and swindle their money for other purposes - like making movies and creating apartments. I request folks who does not know Umamani Homes, please never invest a single penny with this joker and never ever give any amount to its apartment coming up in Bhubaneswar. I remember the Ponzi scheme in western countries; special instance is the Madoff scandal. This guy fits to that role.

I had invested for Chikun Garden project, and had to take back my money after three years. Even faced uphill task to get my money back. This guy does not know business and is a fraudulent character. He has no lands. His agreements with various land owners are false. Such people should be banned, black listed from any business Odisha govt.. At least, I can request people reading this comment and the folks who have pinch of interest in Umamani land or apartments, please, please and please refrain from doing business with Nayak and co. Your money and time will be wasted and stress level will go up.

hey sir, my name is Pratap chandra nayak and i am facing the same situation as you .i have been cheated by them.i have booked a plot in chikun garden, but as time elapses they kept on post ponding the date and finally they refused to sell the land.they have charged a sum of of 2 lacs for advance and now they are not refunding also...they even stop responding to our calls .even when when they recieve our call they start scolding me and used vulgar languages...feeling help less cannot even pay my younger sons tution fees and am bound to take loan from bank...such a theif company it is...so can any body help me in how to get my money back these fraud company...

hi THE Umamani Home creation is a Fraud Company the collect money from people with out interest showing land an d returned money when forced without giving interest to customer .the Chikun gardern is started about 21/2 yr old scheme still this is a paddy land

they have a strange practice to sell the plot in outright at higher price than in the booked plot .this means they booked the plot to collect the money not for sell.I am also cheated by them, they booked the plot at lower price now demanding more.I am afraid they give registration to the plot but don't give the possession.people got registration about 2 yr but dont no which plot they have.Now i want to do a consumer case, please advice what will be the better solution ? i have make a loan for this booking, now its worthless if i got a fraud plot or plot without possession.Its all due to non organised property business, govt. dont have any control over them.The BDA should approved the plotted land and feasibility of land before lunch to business.The booking should be acknowledge to BDA .The Govt is loosing more revenue in terms of service tax.what ever if any one is cheated please lets do something, this is my E mail [protected]@gmail.com

Uma mani is fraud company and cheated lots of customers. Those who are saying good company they are company agents because no satisfied customer will ever come to consumer complaints and take pain to write good things.

I HAVE GIVEN THEM 2 LAKHS FOR A PLOT AND ITS ALREADY ABOVE 4 YEARS PAST. THEY ARE AVOIDING ME AND NOT GIVING ME BACK MY MONEY. I AM GOING TO REGISTER A CASE AGAINST THEM, ALL WILL BE ARRESTED AND SOON THEIR EXISTENCE WILL COME TO AND END.

Yes the company is totallly a fraud company.I have been victimised in plotting of chikungarden.When the party did not registered the plots then I asked umamani to refund the amount Rs 120000.The cheque which was issued was bounced .Then I moved to court.Warrant has already been issued against Narayan Ch Nayak. Sooner or later he would be caught. How many days he would be protected by his god fathers. If required I shall meet to DG&Commissioner of police.I shall get back that amount.

Fraud company ... don't handover your hard earned money to these . I have sent a letter to authorities and going to start an online group soon if they don't return my money soon.

My Brother booked a plot in Bhubaneswar by paying 2 lakhs and as per their commitment they are not giving any possession its been more than 2 years and now when we are trying to reach them no one is picking up the phone. If anyone have any clue about them please respond. please friend lets help each other to find this fraud and get back our money.
