[Resolved] Unicon Real Estate — Please dont trust on This Broker | |||
Hi, (For those who invest in prelaunches) PLEASE DONT BOOK ANY PROJECT through UNICON. THEY ARE CHEATERs, BIG LIER and TOTALLY UNPROFFESSIONAL. DONT GET INTO THEIR LOOP AS INTIALLY they ARE CONVINCING BUT LATER ON THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU. I want to share my experience with Unicon Gurgaon Branch. I applied for a project in BPTP Gurgaon through Unicon (Mr Raghvendra). Intially these guys gave me good service clarified my all queries and were quick enough to pick my cheque and next day they confirmed me that your allotment is final and the unicon person has submitted my cheque in BPTP office and i will get a BPTP PLOT (at @38250 Rs).After their confirmation I refused other dealers who were calling me to book project through them. But after 5 days i got a call from Unicon that they can only confirm my cheque if i book at new rate. is Rs 42000. I was stunned and later on i realised that they were telling alie everything and internally they are giving preferences to their own sources and giving secound priority to customers. I know this is a common story these days with many brokers but it is better not to invest through these kind of dealers. So BEWARE O[censored]NICON GURGAON if you book any project through them. Yes Sir, I too got similiar treatment from one Mr Nitin Gupta who is Assistant Sales Manager – Channel Sales at Unicon Real Estate.
He was very polite and appeared genuine before I booked in Noida. But after that all of a sudden he completely changed his personality and became aggressive, harsh, derogatory and threatened me with 'illegal acts'.He repeatedly challenged me to send him a legal notice said "It is everyday work for me. My company will handle it."
I had complained to Unicon, but they are indifferent.
They have made me suffer a loss of Rs 1 lac ( The promised credit amount) and acute harassment.

Beware from UNICON...I'll never suggest anybody to book flat through UNICON or if you booked flat through UNICON then get ready to face problems.
you can't think how big fraud they can do, they are big cheater as well as criminal.
you don't be surprise if, from your check they booked flat for others name.
i booked flat with wooden work and pay for that, i fill the form with all the things and they mention wooden work on the form in front of me but on submition time they cut wooden work from the form and submit without wooden work.and when i got aware that things then i asked him why you did that things without acknowledge me then around 1 month they give daily different excuse with hope i will solve your problem soon but now they saying i can't do any thing. when i went to builder they told me UNICON people have done same thing with many customers, i got many cases from customer who booked flat from UNICON.

I had booked a flat through UNICON in Supertech Village.. Have not received the discount of 2% as promised at the time of booking. It has been months now and I have submitted the same documents again and again but they always provide excuses and have not provided any date by when I would receive the amount. Worse - they keep changing the dates and the amount that they might share at a later point of time. Also the terms and conditions are changed as per their need withut any consent by the customer.
My advise to all - Do not even think of engaging UNICON for any deal. They are a big cheat and a big zero on customer satisfaction. Their folks work hard only to get the deal. Then you keep following up in their various office with no outcome at all.

I complained to everyone from Jayant Sanwal who is Asst Vice President at Unicon Investment Solutions, Jatin Khanna, who is Senior Manager at Unicon, and Gurpreet Kaur who is Senior Manager and looks after customer grieviences, but they took no action and ignored my complaints and did not refund my dues
I have got the formal credit note from Unicon.But Shyam Goswami, from the Accounts department who was supposed to make the payment does not answer my calls and instead disconnects the phone
My repeated complaints on various consumer forums have proved futile. Now I am approaching the print and electronic media and the government agencies.
So beware of a shameless company like Unicon- which works on the basis of deceit and threats and loot the hard earned money of innocent citizens.
