Uninor — activate pack without my knowledge

Hello sir,
My Name is Gagan shrivastava.Few Days ago i got a message in my Uninor no. [protected] that i m subscribes a pack astro portal and my balance is deducted but i m not subscribed any service aur pack from uninor then after i tried many time to deactivate this pack and many time i called customer care but they dont give me any revelent answer. so please help me to solve this issue.
