[Resolved] Uninor — automatically activating the service and balance is debited | |||
the service hot babes is automatically activated on my number and every 10 days 10 rupees is debited from my account. If i called customer care, they are tellng that no services are activated my number [protected]. but till now 10 rupess is reducing from account for every 10 days. so please save customers from uninor. Uninor was automatically activating daily 4 services and balance is debited (I'm not requested any service by call or message). I called customer care, they are told that no services are activated and they speak rudely.
Daily I make calls to 155223 and deactivating. Its very irritating for this process. I am very afraid to maintain balance in this service.
Just leave the Uninor or make DND activation is best.
