Uninor — balance Deducted double times the plan

I wanted to start a plan and i pressed a code for that , That code ran for nearly 35 secs and my money deducted was 2 times my plan, so a plan cost me double the money which is not worth and the benefit they are giving me is of the same plan with no validity. Even the customer care is not proper they are giving ans. as they are the king and we are weaker. Not even solving my problem and cutting down my cellphone and keeping the phone on hold for nearly 40 min. Please solve the deducted money problem and case against the Customer care..
