Uninor — Balance Related | |||
My name is Ravish Shah & I am from Ahmedabad. I am using uninor for mobile service. I have not activated any scheme regarding to CALLER TUNE. A caller tune is activated to my mobile. There is 40 rs reduced from my balance. That was not my fault. Other charges are 17 rs of VAS charges which I have not activated. There is other charges applied of 10 rs which I have not activated. Total 67 rs are reduced from my balance. So I want to request to you to get back my original balance.Please follow this procedure as fast as possible.Thank You. Was this information helpful? | |||
